The frontend was developed in Next.js, styled with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn components for a responsive, visually appealing UI. On the server side, we employed NestJS exposing a GraphQL API for flexible and efficient data operations. Complex entities such as brackets, player statistics, and standings are managed in PostgreSQL via TypeORM. All infrastructure runs on AWS—using RDS for reliable database hosting and S3 for secure media storage—to ensure high performance and uptime.

Integrated payment workflows via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay—along with digital waiver signing—streamlined participant onboarding and revenue collection.

Team messaging, push notifications for schedule changes, and organizer announcements keep everyone informed. Our custom reporting dashboard provides insights into player engagement, financial metrics, and tournament performance.
